The shipment of the package

The shipping costs include handling fees and packaging and shipping costs. We advise you to group your items in one single order. We can not group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

We arrange shipping with couriers providing via mail the tracking of the position of the object in real-time. Each product will have a packing accurate to the smallest detail to ensure the integrity of the same to the delivery.

In the case of parcels that are damaged on delivery, accept the product subject to control.

We accept the return of the goods within the time stipulated, provided that the product returns undamaged and in its original packaging. The costs of return are borne by the buyer, but in special cases, we may process any refunds.
